Jason Ray – Owner
Cedar Post Pawn is truly a family pawn business. Jason is a 2nd generation pawn broker. He grew up here in Utah, on his family farm – where he learned what hard work was really all about! Jason’s dad decided one day to sell the farm and that’s when they got into the family pawn business. He was 16 when his dad opened Cedar Post Pawn in 1985. Jason can’t imagine ever doing anything else for a living. He loves being a pawn broker because it gives him the opportunity to give people a helping hand when they need it.
Jason has helped a lot of people over the years and he’s built a reputation of trust and honesty. He believes the key to his success is simple: he treats his customers with dignity and respect.
Jason loves being part of this community. He is a member of the St. George Lions Club, he volunteers to cook for the annual Relay for Life breakfast every year, and he helps out with community outreach programs like, “Shop with a Cop.”
Jason and his wife, Nakkole, have three children. He loves seeing his kids working at Cedar Post Pawn and learning the business from their Dad, just like he did.
